Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult with your healthcare provider before using any of our products. You acknowledge that you use our products at your own risk and assume responsibility for any health effects.

Results and Health Impacts: We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our products. The effectiveness and impact of our products can vary based on individual health conditions, genetics, and lifestyle factors. You acknowledge that results may differ from person to person.


7. Delivery

Delivery Timelines:

  • Physical Goods: We will make every effort to deliver physical goods as soon as possible, typically within 30 days from the date of order acceptance. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
  • App Products: App products will be available for immediate use upon successful subscription and payment acceptance.


Delivery Issues: If no one is available to accept delivery and the package cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect the package from a local depot. If you fail to collect the package or reschedule delivery, we may incur additional charges and may terminate the contract if delivery cannot be completed.

Risk and Ownership: The risk of loss or damage to physical products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.


8. App Payments

Payment Handling: Payments for app subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or via Stripe for web-based subscriptions. VAT and currency conversion fees may apply based on your location and the payment method used.

Subscription Management: App subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel them. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings through the app store or your Stripe account.

Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for app subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you decide to terminate the subscription before the end of the billing cycle.


9. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

Faulty or Misdescribed Products: If you receive a product that is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will cover reasonable return postage costs in these cases.

Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to change your mind and return the product for a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty.

Exceptions to Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for:

  • App Products once downloaded and used.
  • Sealed Products for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods valued under £42.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We may deduct amounts for reduced value of goods or higher delivery costs if applicable.

Faulty Goods Returns: Contact us within 30 days of receiving faulty goods. We will cover the reasonable costs of return postage. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
